All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names for Garden of Faith on this site are registered and exclusive trademarks of Garden of Faith.

Typographical Errors

In the event Garden of Faith product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Garden of Faith reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the wrong price. Garden of Faith reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Garden of Faith will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon you accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.

Notice

Garden of Faith may deliver notice to you by means of email, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method of communication to the address you have provided to Garden of Faith.

Third party Links

In an attempt to provide value to our visitors, Garden of Faith utilizes or links to third party sites. We have no control over these linked sites, all of which have their own privacy and collection of data practices. These links are for convenience, as such, access at your own risk.

Online store items are purchased from third parties: Sprouts, Faire, and MLgardener. As such, all designs and images associated with said products are under their exclusive licenses, trademarks, and copyright. Artist stickers sold by Garden of Faith were purchaesd under wholesale program from Faire.com, with the understanding that Faire had obtained the permissions to resell copyright ©️ character images.

Online Orders

USPS shipping is applied. Flat rate applies.

Sales Tax applies. The Texas state sales and use tax rate is 6.25 percent, but local taxing jurisdictions (cities, counties, special-purpose districts and transit authorities) also may impose sales and use tax up to 2 percent for a total maximum combined rate of 8.25 percent.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Shrink-wrapped or sealed products that have been opened and/or removed from its original packaging may not be returned. Shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable.

Digital content is not returnable.

Plants are not returnable and are considered final sale, as we can not establish a customer’s care practices for said plant. However, if a plant is shipped and arrives in a damaged state, and customer provides notice and verification of damages, within 3 days of receipt, we will gladly replace the damaged plant, as issue pertained to shipping process, or provide a full refund of associated plant cost.

Items That Can Be Returned

Unopened items that have not been used may be returned to Garden of Faith within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Items excluded in return policy are seasonal items. Seasonal items are final sale only. Any returned stickers, that are not seasonal images, must be unopened and free of any defects. Restocking fees in the amount of 3.5% may apply on returns over $50.00

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
